Parks and Community Services: Review and Approval of an annual Lease Agreement with Kings Rehab, for the Hanford Soccer Complex (Soc Com), at an annual cost of $24,000, Appropriation of funding to cover the lease payment and annual maintenance expenses and Adoption of Resolution No. 21-47-R, Authorizing the submittal of an application for the Rural Recreation and Tourism grant for the acquisition and development of the Soc Com facility B. Police: Consideration of adoption of Resolution 21-44-R, to allow for an increase in the maximum number of Retail Storefront dispensaries for cannabis business permits. C. Council: Consideration of a recommendation from the Chamber Ad-Hoc Subcommittee to terminate the existing contract with the Chamber of Commerce, effective December 31, 2021.
