Administration: Approval of an Avigation and Clearance Easement from Humberto Raya-Cabrera and Maria Angelica Perez Cisneros, in conformance with the City's Airport land use policies, and authorization for the City Manager to sign and the City Clerk to notarize said easement and record said document with the Kings County Recorder's Office. E. Administration: License Agreement with the Carnegie Museum of Kings County G. Administration: Adoption of Resolution 21-23-R Declaring the Property Located at 109 E. Eighth St. Surplus Property and Adoption of Notice of Exemption 2021-30 H. Finance: Acceptance of the Monthly Investment Transaction Report for April and May 2021
