Administration: Discussion regarding the upcoming visit by the State Unified Support Team and direction from Council regarding topics of importance to be covered with the Team. C. Public Works: Introduction and waiver of the first reading of Ordinance 20-09 adding Section 12.20 to the Hanford Municipal Code pertaining to the duty of Property Owners to maintain and repair sidewalks and confirming the liability of property owners, under existing state law, for failing to satisfy such duty
